Tokenization Issues To Address

Address Them Before They Address You

Question 1:
How do you address the Global AML Policy for tokens that are traded in public blockchain exchanges?

Answer: Every exchange, has Its own policy, when the token gets traded, swapped out, and moved into new exchanges, the strength of the AML is reduced to the point where there is no AML in place for the token, specially in ”Dark Pools,” which thus, adds additional risk to the token issuer and the underlying Assets of the token.

Question 2:
What are the design protections in the token for the liabilities of multiple owners of assets with a single title that has been fractionalized?

Answer: Tokens are not accepted globally, many jurisdictions still don’t recognize them as an asset class. Therefore there is still not a standard policy, that protects multiple owners of a single asset, i.e. of a globalized asset that gives such protections is “shares in the stock market.”

Question 3:
How does the asset owner that has issued the token, know who owns their asset, I.e. standard banking KYC and AML Policy?

Answer: The token issuer, will have to rely on the exchange policy, if the asset goes into a “Dark Pool” then the Ultimate Beneficiary Owner (UBO) will not be able to be identified.

Question 4:
How do you protect & guarantee, that the token which has the representation of the underlying asset by the owner, is the only one. If the token is traded in multiple exchanges, then who will do the audit and verification, to confirm that there is no other token that might have false representation of the same asset. This will apply to both public blockchain exchanges and peer to peer transfers?

Answer: If the token, is traded in multiple public blockchain exchanges or direct peer to peer transfers, it is very easy to make a “Copy Cat Token” that has false representation of the same underlying asset, and the retail public investor, will have no easy way to verify that this is a “Copy Cat Token” and not the real one.

Question 5:
What are the onboarding and listing fees for all the major public blockchain exchanges for these tokens?

Answer: All the major exchanges have very high onboarding and listing fees, as well as very high trading exchange fees.

This Platform will address all of the points with its new design principles and technologies, so that both the investor and issuer of the token are protected and safe
